Parsimpex and the management of personal data

Parsimpex undertakes to protect the privacy of its users and to protect the personal data collected in compliance with the new "Code regarding the protection of personal data"Legislative Decree 196/03).
The information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 for users who consult this site and use the services provided.
The information is provided only for the website www.parsimpex.com and not for other websites that may be reached by the user via links.


Purpose of the processing

Parsimpex processes personal data collected exclusively for the purpose of carrying out normal activities.


Processing methods


Data provided voluntarily by the user

The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes will take place using both automated and non-automated methods and in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. The data will be processed only by the data processors appointed by Parsimpex as the Data Controller.


Navigation data

Some personal data are collected implicitly with the use of Internet communication protocols during normal navigation on this site.
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users to connect to www.parsimpex.com, the method used to submit requests to the server, and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer system. .
These data are used anonymously and only for statistical purposes in relation to the use of the site.


Cookies

No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracing users. .
The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site.

Apart from what has been seen for navigation data, the provision of data is optional and any refusal does not entail any consequence except the impossibility of requesting information from Parsimpex and being informed about its activities.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party to whom the personal data refer has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating , rectification or cancellation according to what is reported in art. 7 Legislative Decree n. 196/03, shown below for convenience, by writing directly to the Data Controller.


Art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

  • The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
    The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
    a) the origin of the personal data;
    b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
    c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    d) the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
    e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
  • The interested party has the right to obtain:
    a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
    b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    c)c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  • The interested has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
